上週沒量,因為去了員工旅遊,出發前三天就開始亂吃了,泰國菜、漢堡王、珍奶鹽酥雞,員旅跟著吃,紅酒喝到飽,整整放縱了五天,這週一才恢復飲食。
所以說,出來跑的總得還,這週怎麼克制還是只降了一點點,但有降總比持平好,持平總比變胖好。年假在即,希望年後不要胖太多。
