I cheated a few times and now I'm paying for it by not losing weight in the last two weeks. I'm finding it out that a slip up on a low carb diet can really get you off track. I've got to get back on track quick so I don't start gaining again. Any suggestions on how to stay on track?
79.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It’s sugar and or the white flour as Leane calls it. Once you eat these you reach for other forbidden items and it’s hard to get back on course. If a cheat day I try to eat the same foods but go over on calories (except for beer 🍻)
