I lost my focus, life problems is powerful demotivator! at least managed to maintain my weight. But now I am very excited in this journey again. I am back focused and determined! A week focused again I already lost a 1 kilo 😲😍This is very motivating 🥳🤩💪🏻
90.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
