Well done.....a great effort........that’s a whole stone in a month.....next driver is to hit the 13’s (13 st 13 lb)......really pleased with this progression! Also keeping up the body conditioning with Harrison and Karate total 6 times a week with an optional additional legs, bums and tums on a Sunday
90.4 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
