I’ve been floating around this weight for a few months now. Haven’t been updating this app :) I did the 75 hard challenge from September to November and tried intuitive eating. I’m much more self aware about what my body likes and doesn’t like and about the nutrient profile in the foods that I am eating.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
