@liv001 - Thanks! I also lifted weights this morning, for the first time in 2 months. I hope I don't hurt myself again. I did it to drain my glycogen stores a bit for a "water weight reduction 'cheat'" since today is a non-running day... 😜

@melissatwa - Because of COVID I haven't been to a gym in a year. So, I am just doing squats with dumbbells. Good luck and be careful :)

Same situation for me. My Hubby has asthma, so we are trying to be as careful as possible. Trying to keep fit while just using the very limited equipment at home is such a challenge. I did well for a while and then... I've really slacked off. Trying to push forward again!
