I ended up having 30g of choco pop for lunch since I need to get out to collect 3 exam practice papers n didn’t have time to make any thing ...no excuse intended 😅👌
56 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
