Hello, my name is Kristyna and I am hoping that by using this app i can finally shed those post pregnancy pounds, 3 year later 😂. I have been on a low carb diet before but once I stopped I just gained it all back up and extra so this time no dieting and just making sure I stay in my calories. I also started running and currently doing 50m in January for Maggie s cancer center. So fingers crossed that by the end of this year I will be near my target weight 💪
91.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
