Been used to eating quite a lot over Christmas and New Year, so having a job adjusting to eating any less. FatSecret have given me an RDI of 1400. Need to start going below this to have any chance of losing weight. Yesterday was back to eating Double Chocolate Raspberry Magnum, 2 packets of crisps and an extra Lindt chocolate. Er ... no!
80.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
