So I weighed myself today for the first time since august last year and I am back to where I pretty much started before I lost loads of weight in 2019. But it’s okay to start again, this lockdown has had a toll on all of us, it’s how you get back on track which makes the difference 💕 keep going and keep motivated 💕
73.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
