My out of town brother and sister are visiting and am enjoying family time! I celebrated my 55th Birthday with home-made eclairs and cream puffs! Having Lots of fun and lost a pound this week! It doesn't get much better than that!

73.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg. Still to go: 0.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
