Today is the REAL start of my weight loss journey 2021. Last year I lost 2 stone, this year I will lose another 1.5 stone as I put on 1 stone over Xmas and my birthday yesterday. So, although I had started trying again two days ago, I still had my birthday to get through. How does one eat happily in winter without getting fat? I don't know, but I don't care, because I'm going to be 10 stone again and that's my goal. Then I'll be happy with my weight. It's tough on us older gals, but just gotta stay gorgeous 😀 ❤️
72.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
