Thank you! I think my biggest struggle is will power and support and so far having a nose on this site people seem so lovely and supportive! So hopefully I’m in the right place x

Good luck, I have found listening to a hypnotherapy audible book at night really helps to get my mind in the right place, so you may like to give that a go, plus I work out each morning to a lovely Australian lady in a YouTube channel called Fabulous50s x

I had zero will power and few failed attempts throughout the years but downloaded this app last January and haven’t looked back I put on abit from august to October then again the last couple of weeks but nothing that made me look different! I had a treadmill for exercise then in the summer went for walks and bike rides x

Hi Kimberley, you and I have pretty similar start points and goals. I think the very most important thing is to find what works for you. The 5:2 works brilliantly for me because just two days of strict focus a week seems very doable over the long term and it is. It also focuses on getting enough protein which I have found vital in keeping the munchies at bay. I also found weighing myself daily helped me understand the swings up and down that were nothing to do with fat loss or gain. But some people do get discouraged by that so it depends how scientific you’re feeling 😀 Welcome and you can do it!

What’s your story..? X

Hi my story I’ve been depressed for years and I kept eating and I didn’t have no confidence until a couple of months ago I started boxing I was 18 st 2 and now I’m 14 st 8 but I find it hard in lockdown to keep motivated and I’m a sucker for chocolate and fizzy pop which I’ve cut out x
