Scale went back down! I really stayed "on program" yesterday" and logged everything. I DID have a thin sliced of meatloaf but wrote that down. I found out the deli meat we eat had the most sodium ; lately I seem to have some swelling in my ankles and I am trying to keep an eye on this.
