I haven't been following my diet good & haven't been exercising either. It's no ones fault but my own, but I'm hoping since I've finally gotten back to working my whole outlook on life will change! (Unemployed since April 2010; dealing with health problems & slow job markets)
73.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
