Very Happy, the last two weeks haven't been great. Visitors, birthday, leave, weekend away, beer :) but I lost, so I am happy. 12.75kg's to my goal. Then we reaccess.

97.8 kg Lost so far: 31.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
