Most important thing is that you start over and not give up.

You can lose that amount in 2months with exercise and calorie counting with cheat meals on weekends. I did it. You totally can too. You can do this 💪

Morning, the app is a great way to kinda stay accountable. I started my journey 3 months ago with the app.. did it for a week or 3 religiously then kinda lost the track....life, move, kids, health. I spend 3 hours a day in the gym then one daybcouldnt walk on my feet, terrible pains in my heals. At this time I was already seeing a chiropractitioner for my leg. Thought I had sciatica but turns out I have a back injury LH12 disc moved out. I have been walking with the excruciating pain for 7 years.....nine the less had to stop excersising. Whilst excersising I lost about 3kgs a week. But gained it all back in my 2 months absence of excersising and well counting cals. So I am almost back to where I started. My own fault.... I got new gym shoes as I thought the pains in my heals was due to old hand me down tackles but turns put its not.....So I'm starting to work put slowly again....So as to avoid putting too much pressure on my heals. What fun.....I love gyming so it's kinds hard. Please keep.posted on your performance, how you doing I am rooting for you. Just persevere, consistency is key.

Kaapsekind......I can relate to all you have written. I am in the same boat just one child less....lol . For years I worried about everyone. Divorced when mubeldest was in grade 4 (he is now 20) had to play both roles, work 3 jobs to make end work. God has been great, He blessed me with an incredible partner, we got married in July. He supports me and motivates me. The weightloss journey is not easy but success is in perseverance and consistency. I saw this when I first started my journey and the app and people on the app are a big big blessing. One of my biggest problems is working out what to eat.....oh well, take it one day at a time.....again. lol rooting for you. We can do this together

For me i really enjoy printable workouts. Or those workouts with 5-6 exercises. I hate videos because I could never finish them and I’d feel so demotivated. Simple workouts with 5-6 exercises just did it for me and I just do as much sets as I can. 10-20mimutes. I don’t do split workouts (legs, arms etc) i do full body because it burns more. I work out 4 times a week. I made a workout playlist to listen to and i have timer app on my phone and it’s set to 40seconds of work and 30 seconds rest and i do this during my workouts instead of counting my reps. You need to find something simple because for me things that seemed too complicated demotivated me. And then i just do calorie counting. I definitely have cheat meals in between but then i just adjust my meals for the rest of the day to make sure I’m still in my budget. That’s all. I would never recommend omad because i like realistic long term things, no shade to the omad people here but this journey is hard enough and i want to make it realistic and less tough. I probably eat out every weekend but it’s just one meal. For the rest of the week I’m back on my routine. I weigh monthly. Truly i did nothing major besides the tried and tested basics. Calorie count to put your body in a deficit and exercise to burn even more. I also do a different SIMPLE workout every day when i workout to avoid getting bored.
