I was reading your intro. How did you find out your body type like that?

xappie- Well....
1. I watched YouTube Videos about different somatotypes.
2. I used my Measurements in my Body Measuring app and drew the width of my body; I convert every 10 inches of my measurements into 1 inch measurements. (1 inch every 10 inches)
3. In my drawing, I compared the width of my shoulders to my hips by drawing a line connected to my shoulder to hip. If I see a Rectangle shape- Ectomorph; a small trapezoidal shape- Meso-Ectomorph; a "Y" Shape- Mesomorph; a wider Trapezoidal shape, which I saw on my drawing- Meso-Endomorph; and a Square shape or oval- Endomorph.
4. I also used the Bodybuilding Website to find out and they asked questions of my body Measurements and the results were 50% Mesomorph and 50% Endomorph.
