Two weeks in ... chuggin along.
12.5 lbs gone.. almost 18% of my goal.
Solid foundation to build upon. Thankful.. went hiking this weekend and got my zen on.
129.0 kg Lost so far: 32.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
