I'm trying intermediate fasting. I have coffee in the morning, than a glass of water than a muscle milk than another glass of water than a glass of green tea than another glass of water. It seems as long as I drink I'm not getting hunger pangs.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

Very nice drop! Having lots of hot tea helps keep the tummy from thinking its eating time!!

Thanks for the comment maybe I'll try drinking more hot tea! I need all the help I can get.
