A bit low but I only got to 1700 calories or so yesterday and yeah most days I can lose a little bit on that. And I got in a good sleep so that may have made a bit of a difference

Today is lifting... so maybe I can make some muscle!!!!!
49.1 kg Lost so far: 35.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
