關節炎嗎?平時甩腿跟坐姿擺腿要加減訓練(醫院復健科應該有教),歐咩嘎3的食物(魚油、橄欖油、亞麻仁油加減補充點,聽說幫助消炎),希望早日擺脫病痛折磨,身體健康喔。
