Week two took a quick halt on the drop. I can only hope all the extra water has been lost and I am loosing straight fat now. None the less I’m going to start my day with keto coffee and try to keep the ball rolling.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
