0.7kg down and I'm really happy my Salter bathroom scales calculate my BMI at 25 for the first time in years. I'm having fun linkng FitBit and FS so you see what goes in and out - lockdown has some advantages! My problem is my step is almost twice that of my wife's so I seem to have to do double the distance to get the same number of steps. Thanks for everyone's support, I also find it a great help reading many comments containing great suggestions. The general theme seems to be keep trying different things, what works for one might not work for others. And some of the pictures and recipes really are awesome 😁
