Reached my target weight today - yeah! In just over 6 months managed to loose 34Lb / 2St 6Lb. Didn't stick rigidly to the fast 800 (more like the slow 1600 for me) but used it more as a guide for what to eat and what to avoid and definitely learnt a lot about portion control. The last point is important as over time I just don't feel as hungry any more and things fill me up a lot quicker. I've also mostly (but not completely!) lost my craving for sweets and crisps but you can still have the odd slice of cake or biscuit so that works for me. Amongst other things I've learnt to love a lot of things I used to avoid in the past like blueberries, porridge, and the odd vegan / vegetarian meal is actually quite a nice break from meat and very tasty.

I was the worlds worst for dieting so if I can do it you can too! Good luck to you all - now just to get fitter is the next challenge!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done mate, brilliant achievement and so good of you to encourage others with what happened to you over the past 6 months. Scones and cream are my downfall but I just burn off the extra calories. Best wishes.
