Been meditating every morning for the past few months and it’s starting to pay off. I’m so much calmer, serener, relaxed, my mood borders on awesome everyday and all this for just sitting quietly and focusing on my breathing for twenty minutes ?! It’s truly wonderful!
80.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
