I woke up thinking that I had gained weight from eating a few more carbohydrates (such as sushi and spaghetti) this week...but instead I lost weight! I'm so so happy! 😊🤗💃🏋🏻‍♂️😅🥰
80.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
