So after a week of no exercise and eating quite poorly (too many snacks) and not tracking - I'm actually so relieved my weight only went up slightly!! Bring on next week back in with the exercise and refocusing again. I'm actually glad I took a bit of a break I think my body needed it 💪🏾
81.9 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
