I'm so close to eating cake to celebrate 10 kg (22 pounds) lost!
I've been planning for weeks haha
In truth, I have no restrictions when eating (at least according to my dietitian) but I've felt buying a cake was out of bounds. And I really want to eat a cake called chocotorta, from argentina (where I'm from originally). It's my favourite dessert but I've eaten it only once since I came to the UK because the ingredients are hard to get here. This year it was recognised as the best dessert in the world!
88.1 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
