Another decent result on weigh-in day. :) I'm heading out in a bit to the gym, so it's nice to go with the knowledge that what I'm doing is actually paying off. I don't know that I'd be as motivated if I weren't seeing results. It's nice to know that the results of our actions can be expected. I eat, I gain weight. I exercise and eat better, I lose weight. Simple. I wish I had known that before. ;)
