seem to be up and down like the proverbial yo-yo but overall I'm staying positive. It took a long time for it to go on and I know it'l take a long time for it to come off. Drinking water seems to be the key, even though my cal intake stays roughly the same when I manage to drink 2.5-3lt of water I seem to drop more consistently. Anybody else find this? I did treat myself to a full roast chicken dinner with Yorkshire's, roast spuds, parsnip and home made gravy yesterday, I enjoyed every mouthful and I'm not sorry! 😜 Take care all, vstay safe and have a fantastic week xx
