Errr gained again over the weekend. And I just changed my goal weight to 120 on Friday! I’ve always had it it 125 because that was the lowest I ever recall being, but I decided to change it to 120 and see how I like it!!
Had a great weekend though! Got the fire pit put together in the backyard, but still need to put the DG inside of it and then next will be pavers all around it. It was hard work and we celebrated with beers and good food after and then sunday was football, so a couple more beers and more good food. Didn’t do my typical workout either of those days but between helping with the pit and doing yard work, I was not sedentary all weekend! Only working on days this week then I have Thursday and Friday off to go out of town to visit some old friends!! I’ll hit it hard Mon-Wed and do my best while on my “mini vacation”. Happy Monday all!!
