I’m so mad at myself for gaining this weight back but I’m determined to lose it again and stay on top of it this time!! I will lose this weight and hit my goal weight!!
118.2 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 36.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

Just remember that your daily weight can fluctuate up to 5 lbs in either direction! additionally, muscle weighs more than fat so it's very common to see some weight gain before it drops due to muscle mass increase!

I only weigh once a week because I don't like seeing daily fluctuations. I can go up several pounds after 1 good meal or because of meds. it's just a suggestion to use or lose 💛
