177.1 @ 0830 AM.

No real surprise on the scale this morning. Took a day off from exercising because of the unusual heart rate recovery from the day before, had more to eat, and had some (okay more than some) light beers. All of that equals a weight gain.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!
80.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
