175.1 @ 0700 AM.

Three days in a row of the back cooperating and got in a 1h20m bike ride with a few good high intensity intervals. Stopped riding sooner than I planned because my heart rate wasn't dropping when I stopped at stop lights or after a big effort. It will always drop about 20 to 25 beats in a minute depending on how long I've been riding. It was only dropping about 5 beats in a minute. A little scary! I don't know if the big calorie deficit the previous two days may have had anything to do with this. So, had a bigger dinner than I planned, taking a day off the bike today, and probably will have 2000 calories today.
