My Triglycerides are high 287. I have to change to high protein, low fat and low carb and exercise.

Today I got a gym membership and a trainer at Planet Fitness. It's time.
132.2 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 51.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
