Bird Fancier's Journal, 26 Aug 13

Don't know what set me off last night but i just wanted to eat ALL night. I ended up having seconds on cabbage soup, ate an extra cranberry bar and I was really fighting cravings (peanutbutter & bread, chips, a sandwich) until at @ 5:30 am...So, I ate 5 pieces of high fat bacon, and that did it...no more crazy cravings. I was still in ketosis, but I'm wondering if cabbage is a trigger. I will find out because I am having it again tonight.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gas city huh? Cabbage kills me but I still love it. I ate 2 Atkins bars back to back last week and they were so freakin good!
