jumped up 3 lbs yesterday after a really tough day personally that ended with some major emotional eating, so working on lots of water and flushing out all the salt & crap :)
64.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
