Have been fluctuating between 71.7 and 72.3 for the past few weeks, but finally moved a tad down. Was hoping to be at 67 by now but hey ho. Let’s see how it goes from now on.
71.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
