Almost a 5 lb loss in one week but my calorie deficit for the week was approximately 8000 Calories. Something isn't adding up but I'll take it especially since I was only able to ride the bike one day! I'm also back into the healthy BMI range for my height. Hopefully this trend will continue but I'm really only trying to have a calorie deficit of 7000 per week and see a weight loss of 2lbs per week.

80.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
