Back is feeling a little better this morning, so maybe, hopefully a bike ride tomorrow. 🙏Made same amazing chicken noodles last with Essenhaus egg noodles. Calorie deficit yesterday was over 800 calories despite having my first soda in over a week. Mt Dew is my weakness! Also had Lay's potatoes chips. I was a little obsessive and counted out the exact number for one serving before eating them!
