0730 AM. 500 calorie deficit yesterday despite drinking seven light beers while watching my Padres drop game one 😟☹ The back is feeling a little better this morning but probably not good enough for a bike ride.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
