Fasted on a Monday after 1300 calories on Sunday. Lost some water weight and ready to hit the week. I'm going to use Mondays and Fridays as alternate fasting days if I get too far above my calorie target (I did Wednesdays throughout September).
104.6 kg Lost so far: 42.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
