I have only been weighing in once a week because I know that I am hitting 190lbs+ during the week and I really don't want to record that.

But, I feel I have been slowing the weight gain, so I will try to weigh twice a week with what I estimate to be my lowest weight days.

I plan to weigh-in tomorrow.

I am still recording all my food and exercise.

@liv001 - Thanks! I know if I simply stuck to low carb for say 7 days-in-a-row I could drop 3-5 'true net pounds'. I think after the election in the US (in November) I will get out of this 'mental funk' and have the motivation to do that. But, right now I just can't seem to do it 😬

I wish my monthly average calories in were like yours. It is seven years since i had that consequent numbers. I try but i fail. Not even close to 2k. Quarantine had a strong additive negative impact to me. Still can't find myself. It is an emotional issue for me. I wish you get out of this mental funk soon.
