Another small drop and I will take it. Especially since TOM is showing up...blah. So happy Friday is here but got to plan my foods out. Also have to make time to get my exercise in and that is harder on the weekend because DH isn't too keen on exercise. Oh well I will get it in.

So today got to get my C210K in, need to work on the pool and try to groom the dog.
92.0 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Jaime, Wnere do you get all this energy? I'm exhausted by just reading your entries. What motivates you and how can get some? I feel so overwhelmed by all of this.

Vasilisades - I will not lie sometimes it is hard. I work remotely from home so my work day starts at 5am and it is supposed to end at 1:30pm. I was really bad about working beyond that by a couple of hours (branches in other locations still calling me). I had to stop answering the phone...it is after my work schedule and they were taking advantage that I am on PST time. If I do not go ahead and get my exercise in then I won't..it is simple. I am tired and I won't do it. Yesterday was really hard for me because I did not sleep the night before. However, I watched an episode of Extreme Weightloss and something that someone said I keep bringing it back up. "Am I doing all that I can to be a healthier me and to drop this weight?" When I can say yes that is good, but honestly more times than not I could not say yes. So I am trying to keep a promis to myself that no matter what the day brings I will get at least 30 minutes in. I owe it to myself and that will make me a better and healthier me which is good for everyone around me. It is overwhelming. Just try to take it a day at a time. I try to go ahead and plan out my meals at the beginning of the day..then I don't have to stress over what I am going to eat. Also I can see what I have planned so if I want a snack I can look and tell if it is one that fits in my menu for the day. It is work, but we are worth it. We spend so much time taking care of others and forget about taking care of ourselves. When in reality if we don't take care of ourselves we cannot really take good care of anyone else. I am worth the work, and you are too. Don't let it overwhelm you. I try not to think too much on it or I will get overwhlemed too...lol. Hugs to you...you can do this!
