Yes, indeed it was liquid weight. I'm still not down to the 90.9 I had three days ago but I was probably dehydrated. And also I've been eating pizza the last two days. Definitely the worst two days since I started this journey. But I have learned my lesson and I still have about two weeks to reach the 88 I wanted! And that would be my lowest weight in the past two years (lowest was 89 when I first moved to London and I was walking the whole day (seriously, like 40k steps a day every day) and also I was only having one meal a day because I didn't have a kitchen (or a job! Lol) sooo then after the 88 I will have finally shed off my London weight and will be on my way to... I'll probably try to get down to 75 as that would mean I'm not obese anymore, just overweight. BUT I just gotta focus on my current goal! It's a looooong way and it has just started.

The past week was really messy. I'm moving, I almost got diagnosed with an awful sickness (turns out I don't have it but the doctors weren't sure and those were the longest five days), I had a ton of work to do (still do but I'm in a better space mentally) and also my anxiety was causing me to stop eating, stop drinking water, stop sleeping, etc. It was the worst. Now I still have to move and I have gotten my books for my masters which is starting in November but I want to make sure I can prepare, and also I'm still behind on my work to do list but I think I'm making progress so I just have to stick it out this week and do my best. Then I'll have the fresh start I'm craving for in my new apartment (just a block away but it has a pool and a gym so I'll start exercising more!).

Anyways I think I'll stop rambling now, I doubt anyone is reading all of this but it feels nice to have a record.
91.1 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
