Day 1: My goal is to look nice for my only son's wedding May 15, 2020.
Took my measurements and got a magnetic calendar for the fridge.
I hope to share more once I get going. I have alot to lose 100+ #s.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 54.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
