I stepped onto that scale twice to be sure. In the past week I think I've lost about 4 pounds.

It's all stress related. Crushing stress.

Because I totally forgot to reward myself back when I hit my 159 mini-goal, I treated myself with the promised bottle of perfume yesterday.

Next goal is now only 1.3 pounds away (149.0). There are many, many goals along the way for gifts to self -- usually at the 1x9.0 marker.

Rewards are never food. I've already "treated" myself too much in the past 2 years with eating horribly.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.6 kg a Week

Thanks Rosie. My next reward is a Sephora shopping spree, but I may need to speak to my wallet first. And 1.O, Crushing stress, crushing pounds, just trying to look for the silver lining in that storm cloud. Went for a walk earlier just to visit the sun and sand, and remind myself that there are good things in my life.

Well done! 😁 But... I am so sorry about having distressing issues in your life. All I can say is I understand crushing stress. I feel almost paralyzed with the pain of worry right now. I guess it is better to not be gaining. I figure that with all the things in life I can not control, what I put in my mouth is something am in charge of. Hang in there... We are in this trudge all together!

@Princess: I bought "Indigo" by Nest, @Melissa: Some things I can control, but some of my decisions have turned out wrong or not in my best interest, which equals my stress. But food -- yes, that IS under my complete control. @HBC and Carol: thanks for the support in sharing my wallet with Perfumers.
