I've been on this journey for 6 weeks now. I started at 13st with waist measurement of 38". Even though my weight loss seems to have stood still for the past few weeks (12st 8lbs) I'm not focusing on that, I'm focusing on positive lifestyle changes, eating better and more regularly (not easy working f/t nightshifts) and building in a bit of exercise (not my favourite thing to do) but what has given me a massive boost today is that my waist measurement is down to 35"! I still have a jelly belly and rolls that have no place being where they are but it's baby steps and perseverance. So have a lovely Sunday peeps, stay positive on your individual journeys and celebrate your wins, even if it's just drinking 500ml of water rather than another coffee. Love yourselves, life is short ❤️
