slow and steady on my maintenance. up or down grams but not pounds. if I would have known that by simply logging your calories and making sure you consume on or below that count, I would not gain weight, I would have never gained all that weight. but I learned and now I am wiser for it.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I so agree. I truly wish I had developed the mindset of recording what I eat BEFORE I gained all this weight. Oh well, at least we know what to do now😂.
